Controlled quality from dental specialists

We have developed a process that guarantees your safety. We don't leave your teeth and your health to an algorithm. At our practices, every plan is drawn up in collaboration with our specialist orthodontists, and only approved when everything is right. You will get the best treatment plan for your smile at zahnarztzentrum.ch.

What are aligners?

Aligners are near-invisible transparent plastic splints used to correct malocclusions – displaced, crooked or protruding teeth or gaps where teeth are missing.¬ You normally wear this splint all day, but it is easy to remove at any time, for example before eating. It’s barely noticeable when you speak. You get used to it very quickly – normally after just a few hours. A varying number of splints will be needed to create your new smile depending on your current situation and the aim of the treatment. The actual treatment period is generally 3 to 9 months.

What will the treatment cost?

We can offer you splint treatment from CHF 4500 – it includes the following:

• Optical 3D scan and photographs

• Virtual treatment plan monitored by a specialist orthodontist

• Treatment and all check-ups

• All aligners and retainers in the treatment plan from brand manufacturer Clearcorrect by Straumann Switzerland

• Adhesion and removal of temporary plastic attachments

• A new scan with refinement of the treatment plan

Who is the treatment right for?

Before treatment starts, a dental check-up is carried out. Successful aligner treatment is conditional on good oral health. Every patient can get a lovely smile at zahnarztzentrum.ch. In certain circumstances, aligner treatment may not be the best form of treatment. Our dentists and orthodontists will then give you customised advice and will be able to indicate other options for you. At our practices all correction work for children and young people is carried out exclusively by orthodontists.
