Christian Spliethoff has been with zahnarztzentrum.ch since 2009 and knows the company from both clinical practice and operational and strategic management. After working as a general dentist in Winterthur, he went on to manage the Solothurn and Zug locations. He has been a member of the Executive Management team since 2011 and has served as CEO of zahnarztzentrum.ch since 2016.
As both a dentist and CEO, he combines a strong commitment to clinical quality with entrepreneurial responsibility. His focus is on the continuous development of zahnarztzentrum.ch, with consistent patient orientation, highly skilled teams and structures that enable modern, high-quality and efficient dentistry.
zahnarztzentrum.ch has been part of the Medbase Group since 2020. Christian Spliethoff is also a member of the Executive Management team of the Medbase Group, where he is responsible for the Dental division. In this role, he also drives the further development and integration of dental medicine within the Medbase Group.
Christian Spliethoff studied dentistry at Justus Liebig University Giessen in Germany.

Since 2013 in the management as COO, responsible for dental recruitment and further development of the clinic locations. Prior to that, center manager in Aarau. Studies at the University of Jena (D).
Susann Lorani is also involved as a board member and founding member of Swiss Doctors e.V., an association that organizes and supports medical aid projects in emergency areas and medically underserved areas in developing countries.

Joined the Executive Board in 2024 as CFO, responsible for finance, reporting and controlling. Studied business administration at the HTW Saar (D).
